Role overview
The Associate Project Manager executes assigned small-dollar fire and sprinkler service projects under the direction of service leadership.
The role balances customer satisfaction, project financial results, safety, schedule, quality, and contract compliance.
The position serves as the primary on-site leader for assigned project execution teams.
What you will do
- Provide project development support involving strategy, vendor selection, scope enhancements, value engineering, and risk assessment.
- Direct engineers, designers, technicians, coordinators, and subcontractors to deliver projects accurately, on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Manage scope, costs, resources, risks, schedules, billing, collections, change orders, and project recovery plans.
- Prepare project execution plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, safety plans, issue and risk logs, and staffing requirements.
- Review contracts, specifications, local codes, installation techniques, and document controls for compliance.
- Coordinate materials procurement, field resources, engineering, commissioning, customer relationships, and project communications.
