Role overview
The role contributes to ABB's Process Automation business in the Energy Industries division in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities
- Execute automation projects from FEED or concept engineering through detailed engineering, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project closure.
- Deliver engineering scope in line with contract requirements, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and cybersecurity policies.
- Act as a technical focal point for customers, EPCs, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
- Design and engineer automation systems and industrial networking solutions.
- Design and implement solutions using industrial communication protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven Project Engineer experience in automation projects involving DCS and PLC systems.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in PLC or DCS.
- Demonstrated execution of end-to-end projects from FEED through commissioning.
