Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related field .
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM .
- Experience in program evaluation methodologies .
- Hands-on proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate .
- Ability to design and develop interactive learning content .
- Experience in project management and handling projects independently.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- CPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, Instructional Design certifications, or a Master's degree are preferred.
