Role Overview
Own a core part of the Loan Against Property product end to end, from problem definition and roadmap through shipped and measured outcomes.
The product is a secured lending offering involving larger loans, longer timelines, and operational, credit, and regulatory complexity.
The role may own the customer journey from application to disbursal, onboarding and verification, or a new product feature.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and outcomes for the assigned product area and turn business goals into a prioritized plan.
- Write product specifications and user stories and break ambiguous problems into shippable pieces.
- Use SQL and product analytics tools to find customer drop-off, size opportunities, and prove impact.
- Design flows with Credit, Sales, Operations, and Compliance partners so they work in real operating conditions.
- Evaluate, negotiate with, and manage external partners and vendors inside the lending flow.
- Represent the borrower voice, including cases involving agents or channel partners.
- Work directly with senior leadership and provide structured, decision-ready recommendations.
