Overall Responsibilities
- Support and oversee the execution of monthly and weekly live draws, rehearsals, and studio operations
- Work closely with the Draw Production Manager to ensure smooth planning and delivery of all draw-related activities
- Manage the end-to-end production cycle, including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery, while overseeing vendors and freelancers
- Plan, shoot, and edit VTs, promo videos, and digital content as required
- Coordinate freelancers, production crew, and external vendors across live draws and content shoots
- Ensure all production timelines, deliverables, and workflows are managed efficiently
- Maintain production trackers, logs, and relevant documentation
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, to ensure alignment on requirements. Ensure all operations follow approved SOPs, compliance standards, and audit requirements
- Supervise rehearsals, technical testing, and overall show readiness
Skills Required
- Strong experience in live broadcast, studio production, or event production environments
- Hands-on ability to shoot and edit video content (VTs, promos, digital assets)
- Solid understanding of audio, video, lighting, and live streaming systems
- Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Experience managing freelancers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle both creative and technical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially under live show pressure
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
