Responsibilities
- Build and enhance Big Ticket's learning and development capability to support business transformation
- Design and manage a blended learning offer across online, offline, and professional qualification routes
- Define career paths across the organisation
- Build development plans linked to capability requirements and succession planning
- Design and deliver executive leadership development and management development programmes
- Launch and manage mentorship and coaching programmes
- Lead the rollout of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Own the succession planning process including identification and readiness assessment
- Act as a business partner to diagnose capability gaps and recommend solutions
- Own and shape the employee engagement survey approach
- Design and deliver the full onboarding journey
- Support the Performance Management process by linking learning to performance goals
Requirements
- Experience in learning and development or talent management
- Ability to design and implement learning frameworks and systems
- Experience with succession planning and career pathing
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of digital learning tools and LMS platforms

Overall Responsibilities
- Build and enhance Big Ticket's learning and development capability to directly support business transformation.
- Design and manage a blended learning offer across online, offline, and professional qualification routes.
- Define career paths across the organisation so employees understand what growth looks like.
- Build development plans linked to capability requirements, succession planning, and future workforce needs.
- Design and deliver an executive leadership development track for senior leaders.
- Launch and manage mentorship and coaching programmes that support development at all levels.
- Create and deliver soft skills workshops covering communication, problem solving, collaboration.
- Lead the rollout of the Learning Management System (LMS) from platform selection through to go live.
- Explore and introduce digital learning tools, e learning content, and learning analytics.
- Bring in international best practices and adapt them to fit Big Ticket's culture.
- Support strategic HR and business planning processes by conducting capability assessments.
- Own the succession planning process, including identification, pipelining, and readiness assessment.
