We are looking for an Associate – Operations (Delivery) to join our Delivery Operations team. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our instructor and mentor ecosystem and supporting the day-to-day delivery of learning programs . The candidate will primarily manage instructor/mentor concerns, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure the right resources are available and deployed effectively to support program delivery .
