The Role
The Associate Operations Manager is responsible for spare parts and process excellence across Zoomo's UK operations.
The role reports to the Country Lead or Head of Operations and forms part of the UK leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage UK-wide spare-parts management and distribution for electric bikes, mopeds and cargo bikes.
- Act as the point of contact for Supply Chain and Hardware teams on fleet forecasting, spare-parts planning and supplier management.
- Manage the in-house parts rework team and its output, including batteries, IoTs, controllers, displays and motors.
- Own UK operational-excellence processes, including battery safety and system accuracy.
- Work with the UK Head of Operations on growth and profitability projects.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required; business, economics or engineering is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in operations, inventory management or warehousing is required.
- Experience working with imperfect data in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Strong spreadsheet-based analytical skills and experience managing projects are required.
- Experience building tools and processes to improve operational efficiency is required.
- People management and operational health and safety experience are preferred.

Compensation
- Base salary is £40,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
