Associate - Operations Management

The Associate/ Analyst is an entry level position with minimum graduation qualification, Should be willing to get trained in Insurance field.

They can design solutions to those potential problems.

Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.

• The role is supporting the administration and operational functions of the benefits programs.
• This position involves aiding in the processing of benefits enrollments, modifications, and terminations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and offering assistance with benefits-related questions.
• The assistant helps with the daily operations of benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and contributes to the preparation and submission of necessary reports and documentation.
• Incumbents at this level are entry para-professional who have little or no prior knowledge/experience.
• They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform simple routine based tasks in defined parameters.
• They follow simple written and oral instructions.
• They work under close supervision and communicate information that requires little explanation.

• High School education or equivalent with no prior relevant experience.

• Minimum work experience should be 0-3 years.
