Associate - Operations Management

The Associate/Analyst is an entry level position with minimum graduation qualification , s hould be willing to get trained in Insurance field.

They can design solutions to those potential problems.

Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.

• Conduct the given tasks efficiently.
• Customer engagement.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop.

• Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate ( Non-technical ).
• Excellent command over English (comprehension and written ) .
• Good academic record (55 % or above).
• Basic knowledge in insurance or finance.
• Open to rotational shifts.
• Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
• Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
• The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
