Job Purpose
Manage healthcare provider credentialing, enrollment, database maintenance, fee schedule updates, and network operations.
Support accurate provider information, efficient claims processing, compliance, and a high-quality provider experience.
Provider Network Data Management
- Update provider information accurately and promptly across internal systems.
- Maintain provider network lists in alignment with contracts, agreements, and operational standards.
Fee Schedule and Pricing Updates
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze provider datasets from multiple sources.
- Identify provider utilization trends, clinician performance patterns, opportunities, and risks.
- Update provider fee guides in the HCS within agreed timelines and perform quality checks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve pricing and contract discrepancies.
Provider Credentialing and Enrollment
- Manage end-to-end provider credentialing, enrollment, and onboarding processes.
- Collect, validate, and submit required provider documentation under company and regulatory requirements.
