Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all administrative functions at the project site, ensuring alignment with Adani Power’s operational standards and business objectives.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support site operations, including HR, operations, and technical teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure cost-effective and quality service delivery.
- Monitor and control administrative budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and cost efficiency.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of office supplies, equipment, and other resources required for smooth operations.
- Lead and mentor the administrative team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support the Site HR Head in organizing employee engagement activities and events to enhance workplace morale and productivity.

Qualifications
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in general administration, preferably in large-scale industrial or power sector organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing administrative operations, including facility management, vendor management, and resource optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA in Administration or Operations Management is preferred.
