Job Description
AECOM is seeking an Associate Landscape Architect to join its design team in Abu Dhabi.
The role contributes to landscape architecture design and delivery while supporting project leadership, technical development, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Project Leadership
- Lead strategy and innovation for landscape products, processes, standards, and methodologies.
- Manage multiple medium-sized landscape design projects independently and structure project teams.
- Act as a technical lead coordinating disciplines and project requirements.
- Lead client meetings and manage contractual requirements and project deliverables.
- Plan design and creative review sessions for projects and competitions.
Design and Technical Delivery
- Apply public realm design standards across landscape projects.
- Lead technical packages and landscape designs with senior staff review.
- Apply planting and irrigation requirements, standards, and regional guidelines.
- Promote innovative design solutions, digital tools, and improved design graphics.
- Gain site experience and resolve issues on landscape-built projects.
