Associate IT Project Manager

Develop, lead, and maintain end‑to‑end project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, resourcing, and milestones, to ensure successful and timely delivery of IT initiatives.

Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation and contingency strategies to minimise impact on project outcomes.

Create, maintain, and continuously update detailed project documentation, clearly outlining tasks, dependencies, timelines, resource allocation, progress, and status across all project phases.

Coordinate and manage internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure effective execution and alignment with project objectives.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide regular project reporting to stakeholders and leadership, including progress updates, risks, issues, and recommendations.
