Working as part of the Allied Health team, Physiotherapists play a crucial role in helping maintain the functional independence of our clients through the delivery of evidence based, active interventions. The Physiotherapist is responsible for helping to improve client’s physical, cognitive, and psycho-social functions and to optimise their functional capacity for activities of daily living. Physiotherapists play a crucial role in maximising residents’ function and quality of life. The Physiotherapist will be part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure a person-centred, evidence-based, continuous quality improvement work environment that is consistent with the values of Arcare.
