Job Description

  • The Project Coordinator provides comprehensive support to project delivery activities by assisting senior project managers in planning, tracking, reporting, and execution of projects.
  • The role ensures adherence to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and governance processes while managing assigned small‑scale projects independently.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance test experience: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing
  • Being able to write procedures, prepare Training materials for a new system
  • Training experience
  • High level knowledge of Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process
  • Preparing Management regular reports
  • Strong Excel skills, fluency with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots
  • Preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports and management Dashboards
  • Ensure all project related documents (plans, status reports, and logs) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.
  • Assist senior project managers for day to day activities
  • Manage small sized Projects
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • English (Filipino is preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project support role
