Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance test experience in the past: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing
- Being able to write procedures , prepare Training materials for a new system
- Training experience
- High-level knowledge of Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process
- Preparing Management regular reports
- Strong Excel skills , fluency with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots
- Preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports and management Dashboards
- Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs. Etc.) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.
- Assist senior project managers for day-to-day activities
- Manage small sized Projects
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department.
Qualifications
- Desired Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Language Requirement: English ( Filipino is preferred)
- Desired Experience: 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project support role
