A leading international design studio in Dubai is seeking an Associate-level Interior Designer for a client-side role.
The position leads interior design strategy for flagship luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects.
The role serves as design authority for creative vision, quality standards, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the aesthetic and functional direction for large-scale luxury hospitality and high-end residential developments.
- Lead interior design strategy for flagship projects while maintaining a hands-on design sensibility.
- Appoint and manage interior design consultancies against brand standards, budget, and timeline.
- Review and approve design stages from concept and schematic design through construction documentation and site execution.
- Coordinate with development, procurement, and construction teams to preserve design intent.
- Maintain high standards for luxury, material selection, and detailing.
Candidate Criteria
- Minimum of 15 years of professional interior design experience.
- Extensive experience delivering high-end projects across the UAE and international markets.
- Current senior leadership experience within a reputable design consultancy is preferred.
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable internationally recognized university.
- Stable long-term career history with previous employers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality projects.
