Role Overview
The Associate I, Sales Support role provides administrative support to customers and sales staff.
The work is performed within sales support and administration as a generalist or across a combination of disciplines.
Sales and Customer Support
- Process orders, prepare customer quotes, and manage sales information.
- Support customers and sales staff with product training and financing activities.
- Organize sales seminars and workshops for customers.
Sales Materials and Research
- Manage inventory of sales literature and brochures.
- Conduct competitor research and maintain documentation of competitor information.
Reporting
- Prepare reports on customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery or service problems, and reasons for product returns.
Work Location
- The posting is based out of Nordson’s Bengaluru Head Office.
