What's the role?

We’re looking for an AGM – Growth and Data for Nek, the jewellery platform from Jar, operating across the Nek App, Nek Web, and the Jar App.

You’ll identify growth opportunities through data, experimentation, and strong analytical reasoning.

The role involves uncovering meaningful insights, building and validating hypotheses, removing bias from analysis, and translating findings into clear recommendations on what to scale, improve, or stop.

You should be hands-on with Amplitude/Mixpanel, SQL, Python, and data automation, and be able to operate as an independent owner across analysis, experimentation, and decision-making.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Build and continuously improve user cohorts based on behaviour, intent, transaction history, product affinity and other relevant signals.
