What's the role?

We’re looking for an AGM – Growth who can own re-engagement and lifecycle growth for Nek across the Jar App, Nek Web, and Nek App.

The role will focus on identifying the right users, communication, destination, and timing to drive incremental GMV and revenue.

You’ll be expected to build highly efficient, data-driven cohorts, own experimentation across In-App, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and other channels, and continuously identify opportunities to improve growth.

We’re looking for someone who can operate as an independent growth owner - spot opportunities, validate ideas through experiments, and help the team prioritise initiatives based on proven impact.

What will be your responsibilities?
