Role Overview
WSP is seeking an experienced geotechnical specialist for its Bengaluru or Noida, India office.
The role supports geotechnical projects across the UK and requires at least 15 years of relevant experience.
The position includes specialist delivery, project management, technical leadership, and collaboration with UK-based teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technically competent geotechnical reports.
- Support project delivery, financial analysis, client liaison, consultation, quality control, and specialist management.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary geotechnical teams.
- Manage project delivery, budgets, and technical quality.
- Work under applicable legislation, CDM, and SHEQ standards.
- Conduct technical peer reviews and quality checks.
- Support bids, technical proposals, fee estimates, and project planning.
- Organize Qualitative Design Reviews for major projects.
- Provide strategic technical leadership on major projects.
- Lead complex, high-value, multidisciplinary projects.
- Oversee technical quality across multiple projects.
