Responsibilities
- Manage engineering aspects of MEP services, including Programmes, HSW, Quality & Commissioning.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to implement strategies and initiatives.
- Influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders up to C suite level.
- Provide technical expertise for tendering, procurement strategies, and specialist packages.
- Review contracts, scope, schedules, and support commercial teams throughout lifecycle.
- Drive design reviews for compliance, carbon reduction, and operational energy standards.
- Implement commissioning strategies aligned with Mace standards and project milestones.
- Use digital tools for productivity assessments and risk identification.
- Ensure high standard project close out and deliver continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, FLS, and systems integration (BMS, SCADA, PMS, CCMS, AV, Lighting Control, Tetra, Security/CCTV, Access Control, IPTV/IRS)
- Strong knowledge and application of design management principles
- Excellent understanding of prefabrication and build strategies
- Broad experience across multiple sectors delivering diverse building types
- Meets KSA visa criteria with proven experience on high value projects for PMC businesses
- Awareness of carbon and sustainability factors shaping project delivery

The Project

- Involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands on Construction Management approach.
You’ll be responsible for
- Manage engineering aspects of MEP services, including Programmes, HSW, Quality & Commissioning.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to implement strategies and initiatives.
