Position Overview
The Associate Endpoint Engineer provides Tier 3 technical escalation for endpoint, device lifecycle, and mobile device management support.
The role covers Jamf, Microsoft Intune, imaging and golden images, enrollment and compliance policies, application deployment, and identity-related issues.
The position improves knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, and coaching for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff.
Job Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- The posting requests 0–1+ years of experience in an analyst or data role.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, data visualization, and Power Query, is required.
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- The role requires data modeling, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
Location Requirement
- The position is eligible for remote work in states where Dutch Bros operates.
- Employees residing in the Greater Phoenix Area are expected to work onsite Monday through Thursday, with Friday optionally remote.
