Associate Electrical Engineer - Power

0–2 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience in power systems (industrial, commercial, or utility/T&D preferred)

Skills – Some knowledge of the configuration and programming of digital relays, electronic relays, VFDs, UPSs, transfer switches, generators, transformers

Software Tools – Understand the concept of using power systems modeling software such as SKM Powertools, ETAP, EasyPower, etc.

Physical Demands of Position Seeing, color perception, hearing, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving, lifting, climbing, ability to travel distances, ability to mount and dismount equipment, as well as pushing and pulling.

Working Environment Standard office environment, on-site office environment, diverse industrial, power generating plants, switchyards, indoor & outdoor power utility environments, frequent PC and specialty equipment usage, fax machines, copy machines, phones, trailer environment with constant people interactions.

The expected salary range is $70,000 to $105,000 base per year depending on qualifications plus a discretionary bonus and employee stock program.
