5+ years of experience in securities valuation, valuation operations, or a closely related financial-services role.
Demonstrated experience owning processes, platforms, and operational delivery . Experience working with third-party valuation providers, valuation systems, and cross-functional business partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage change, resolve complex operational issues, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to team members.
Preferred skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Proven change-management skills and the ability to lead through complexity and tight deadlines. Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building, consensus-building, and influencing skills across Front Office, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Governance, and Audit.
