Role Overview
WSP Middle East is seeking an experienced and client-focused Associate Director – Transport Planning & Mobility for its growing UAE team.
The role leads complex transport planning, mobility, and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across the Middle East.
The position provides technical leadership, project oversight, client advisory services, business growth support, and people development.
Technical Leadership
- Lead transport planning and mobility assignments across the UAE and wider Middle East.
- Provide technical leadership for transport master plans, impact studies, mobility strategies, multimodal studies, public transport planning, accessibility plans, parking strategies, TOD studies, and future mobility assessments.
- Review and approve technical reports, presentations, models, and client deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with authority requirements, international best practice, and WSP quality standards.
- Provide strategic advice from feasibility through design development and approvals.
Project Delivery and Integration
- Lead transport planning inputs on infrastructure, urban development, master planning, aviation, economic zone, tourism, hospitality, and public realm projects.
