Job Description
Lead architectural stakeholder management and coordination across major infrastructure, aviation, transport, and mixed-use development projects in Saudi Arabia.
Act as the primary architectural interface between clients, authorities, operators, design teams, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate NOCs, permits, approvals, handover requirements, and handover work with stakeholders, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare reports, manuals, and guidelines for handover and stakeholder issues.
- Attend project meetings, record stakeholder actions, and follow up on progress.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and authorities to support smooth asset handover.
- Provide handover and stakeholder input to weekly and monthly reports.
- Escalate potential project completion or milestone delays to the Team Leader.
- Provide on-site direction and work with the PMC team to complete handover tasks.
- Check and measure performed work and record progress against programmed work.
- Ensure as-built drawings, O&M manuals, authority checklists, and related documents are complete and correct.
- Lead and mentor the KSA AOR team and support work-winning and client relationship efforts.
- Manage resourcing and project deliverables across multiple KSA projects and coordinate with other WSP offices.
