Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of property development projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor project management teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 20 years of progressive property project management experience.
- Significant exposure to large-scale developments and complex project delivery.
- Strong project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments and manage diverse teams.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East is advantageous.
- A master’s degree and PMP or PRINCE2 certification are highly desirable.
