Role overview
Lead strategic client engagements across a portfolio of retail accounts and help develop client-facing associates.
Translate complex retail business challenges into actionable analytical solutions and strategic recommendations.
Deliver client outcomes, strengthen long-term relationships, support renewals and expansion, and maximize client value.
Location and travel
- Candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto or Montreal area.
- The role includes local in-person client meetings and travel within Canada as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on strategic business initiatives.
- Lead engagements focused on merchandising, pricing, promotion, and assortment challenges.
- Present insights, recommendations, and business cases to senior client audiences.
- Design, execute, and deliver advanced analytical studies and strategic consulting engagements.
- Guide teams in developing integrated analyses, insights, and storytelling for client objectives.
- Provide expertise across pricing, promotion, assortment, category management, and merchandising analytics.
