About the Role
Mace is seeking an Associate Director of Quality Assurance for a large airport project in Riyadh. You will maintain supplier quality PMIS workflows, oversee supplier prequalification and approval, and govern the Supplier Quality Index system.

- Maintain Supplier Quality PMIS workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards covering SQI, ACSL, NCR trends, repeated violations, FAT performance, source inspection status, schedule compliance, and supplier risk exposure.
- Govern and maintain Supplier Quality Index (SQI) system and scoring methodology.
- Oversee supplier prequalification, physical assessments, and approval decisions.
- Manage Approved Critical Supplier List (ACSL): addition of new suppliers, reassessment cycles, on hold or revocation decisions.
- Enforce supplier on hold actions when SQI <70% and manage recovery plans.
- Review and approve inspection level assignments (IL1–IL4).
- Oversee Procurement Quality Risk Management System and risk register governance.
- Lead escalation decisions when supplier performance deteriorates.
- Ensure governance alignment with QMS X, ISO standards, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, EPC Quality Governance, or large scale project quality management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in relevant technical discipline (master’s degree in a related field is preferred).
- Professional certifications are preferred, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ CQE, ASQ CQA, PMP, Power BI PL 300, PMIS / digital systems certification, or equivalent.

Project Overview
- This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Maintain Supplier Quality PMIS workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards covering SQI, ACSL, NCR trends, repeated violations, FAT performance, source inspection status, schedule compliance, and supplier risk exposure.
- Govern and maintain Supplier Quality Index (SQI) system and scoring methodology
- Oversee supplier prequalification, physical assessments, and approval decisions.
- Managed Approved Critical Supplier List (ACSL): Addition of new suppliers Reassessment cycles (2 year or performance based) On hold or revocation decisions
- Enforce supplier on hold actions when SQI <70% and manage recovery plans.
- Review and approve inspection level assignments (IL1–IL4).
- Oversee Procurement Quality Risk Management System and risk register governance.
- Lead escalation decisions when supplier performance deteriorates.
- Ensure governance alignment with QMS X, ISO standards, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct periodic governance audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll Need To Have
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, EPC Quality Governance, or large scale project quality management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in relevant technical discipline (master’s degree in a related field is preferred).
