What you will do:
- Provide functional leadership for the QA Logistics team, including workload prioritization, coaching, mentoring, and escalation support for team members
- Lead QA oversight for site logistics, warehousing, cold chain, utilities, and infrastructure activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the primary Quality representative and escalation point for quality, compliance, and operational risks within the area of responsibility
- Oversee the management of deviations, CAPAs, change controls, investigations, and risk assessments, ensuring timely and compliant execution
- Drive implementation and sustainability of global and site quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent the QA Logistics function in cross-functional forums, projects, audits, inspections, and operational governance meetings
- Ensure inspection readiness through effective quality oversight, risk management, and promotion of Right First Time principles across the organization
- Foster a strong quality culture and support the professional development of team members while building effective partnerships with internal stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
Academic degree or equivalent experience in Pharma/ Supply Chain/ Quality or related field
Significant QA background combined with experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or cold chain operations is required
Proven ability to lead, coach, and support team members while driving accountability and collaboration
Solid understanding of GMP requirements, quality systems, and risk-based decision making
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence to represent Quality in complex discussions
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on partnership, continuous improvement, and developing others
Commitment to quality, compliance, and fostering a strong Right First Time culture
English (business fluent) required; German - an advantage.
