Associate Director Product Management

Essential Skills and Experience

• A BA or BS degree and relevant experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology are required.
• At least six years of successful experience with Salesforce.com projects and data integrations is required.
• Familiarity with global and US state data privacy frameworks, compliance requirements, and data collection workflows is required.
• Product Owner experience managing enterprise software, identity platforms, or consent management platforms such as OneTrust or Salesforce LifeScience Cloud Consent Module is required.
• Understanding of APIs, scripting languages, cloud platforms, and modern data and CRM architectures is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile product development and backlog management is required.
• The role requires strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with product metrics and value measurement is required.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Rare Disease Patient Services is desirable.
• Agile Product Manager or Product Owner certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of Salesforce HealthCloud, Salesforce LifeScience Cloud, or Salesforce Data Cloud is desirable.

Workplace

• The role is generally conducted in an office environment.
• Employees are expected to work in person an average minimum of three days per week, with flexibility around the office expectation.

Compensation

• Annual base salary ranges from 138,258.40 to 181,464.15.
• Permanent positions offer annual variable pay and may include eligibility for a long-term equity incentive program.
• Permanent roles include flex benefits, retirement savings, four weeks of paid vacation, and annual personal days.
• Fixed-term contract and temporary positions, excluding students, are offered a Contract Benefits Program.
