Associate Director role responsible for business-as-usual cross-border payments, FEMA advisory, transaction governance, regulatory compliance, client experience, and execution certainty.
The role applies risk-based decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and documented governance across payment and regulatory processes.

FEMA Advisory and Transaction Governance
- Interpret FEMA, current account rules, capital account regulations, RBI Master Directions, notifications, and circulars.
- Assess transaction permissibility and advise on structuring, routes, limits, approvals, documentation, purpose codes, and post-transaction obligations.
- Review complex cases, historical non-compliances, regularization matters, transaction documents, and regulatory submissions with appropriate controls.
Reporting and Regulator Engagement
- Analyze and reconcile source data, validate transaction classification and purpose codes, respond to regulatory queries, and maintain evidence trails.
