Communicate and meet frequently with the customer(s) to anticipate emerging requirements and develop effective support solutions.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, recruit, and retain team members who meet or exceed customer requirements and Odyssey's high standards.
Plan and budget for all resources required to develop, motivate, and reward team members and staff to achieve and recognize employee accomplishment and retention goals.
Work with the Contracting Officer Representative and PMs to ensure that needed funding is obligated.
Delivered monthly status reports and vacancy CDRLs, reviewed quarterly and annual surveillance, and assisted with other contract deliverables.

Clearance : Active Secret-level clearance
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: 10 years of comparable experience within the mission support at Hill AFB, UT and Eglin AFB, FL with a focus on the aviation mission set
Certifications: N/A

Proven senior management experience in the delivery of technical and management services (Program Management and Operations execution)
The capability to work effectively with a broad range of people with a wide variety of technical skills and experience.
Ability to react quickly in a rapidly changing environment, motivate and manage a team, and support staff.
Ability/experience managing professional personnel in a defense environment.
Ability/experience managing contract execution in a defense environment (hours, vacancies, funding, performance, quality)
Ability/experience managing contract financial execution/tracking/expenditures in a defense environment.
Ability/experience interfacing regularly with Government clients (Military and Civilian) on all aspects of contract execution.
