Technical Skills
- Experience with USAF command and control reporting systems, tactical radar, shelter and radome systems, aircraft trainer pods, radios and communication systems, EW systems, or threat emitters
- Network engineering experience within a DoD environment (preferably command and control, access control systems (ACS) and intrusion detection system (IDS))
Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to provide expert guidance and recommendations to leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to evaluate complex technical issues across multiple disciplines
- Effective communication skills supporting collaboration with government and contractor teams
