• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of AI-powered digital products leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks. • Define and drive product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, emerging AI trends, and customer needs. • Collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and business teams to build scalable, intelligent solutions. • Work with the Deloitte Strategy Office and cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualize and execute innovative AI initiatives. • Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and execution plans. • Drive integration of Generative AI technologies including LLMs, transformers, vector databases, and autonomous agent frameworks into product ecosystems. • Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and code walkthroughs, contributing hands-on expertise in Node.js and Python when required. • Lead rapid experimentation and prototyping initiatives including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, AI evaluation, and agent orchestration. • Manage Agile product delivery including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and stakeholder communication. • Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to continuously enhance user experience and business impact. • Ensure scalable deployment practices through collaboration on CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, API integrations, and DevOps processes. • Act as a bridge between business vision and technical execution, enabling faster innovation and delivery excellence.
