The Associate Director Human Performance will direct, plan, organize, and oversee the Research and Development, Delivery and Evaluation of Human Performance programs and services for the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) and its units. Programs and services include but are not limited to Physical Fitness, Combat Conditioning, Sports, Mental Performance and Performance Nutrition. They will oversee the planning, organizing and managing of finances, human resources, and infrastructure for the delivery of human performance programs and services.
The Associate Director Human Performance will direct, facilitate and manage the development, implementation and evaluation of the CANSOFCOM Human Performance strategic and operational plans in alignment with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and CFMWS organizational strategic plans. They will develop and monitor compliance of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that reflects the Research and Development, Delivery and Evaluation of Human Performance programs and services between Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services and CANSOFCOM.
