Associate Director, Human Performance, Command

The Associate Director Human Performance Command will direct, plan, organize, and oversee the Research and Development, Delivery and Evaluation of Human Performance programs and services for the Command (CANSOFCOM) in collaboration with National PSP technical and functional program authorities, including but not limited to, Physical Fitness, Physical Employment Standards, Combat Conditioning, Sports, Health Promotion, Mental Performance, Combat Conditioning and Performance Nutrition.

They will oversee the management of Community Recreation, Mess programs and services, Unit fund and NPP sponsorship, the planning, organizing and managing of finances, human resources, and infrastructure for the delivery of human performance programs and services for the Command (CANSOFCOM).

The Associate Director Human Performance Command will direct, facilitate and manage the development, implementation and evaluation of the Command (CANSOFCOM) Human Performance strategic and operational plans in alignment with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and PSP Strategic plans. They will develop and monitor compliance of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that reflects the Research and Development, Delivery and Evaluation of Human Performance programs and services between PSP and the Command (CANSOFCOM).
