The Team

Your work profile:
We are seeking a highly accomplished Sr. Test Manager to lead end-to-end Quality Engineering initiatives across complex enterprise programs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise in Functional, Non-Functional, Automation, and Performance Testing.
This role demands the ability to drive quality transformation, scale QE delivery models, and align testing strategy with business objectives.
1. Quality Strategy & Governance
Define and implement enterprise-level Test Strategy & Quality Roadmap
Establish governance models covering SIT, UAT, Regression, NFT
Drive Shift-Left and Shift-Right Quality Engineering practices
Own entry/exit criteria, quality gates, and release signoffs
