Associate Director- Field Service

Position Details

• The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires travel across Saudi Arabia, the United States, and other international locations.

Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with RSADF end users and coordinate expectations with Raytheon teams.
• Communicate program scope, delivery, technical compliance, and milestones to RSADF senior leadership.
• Support operations and sustainment of deployed THAAD radars in Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate site access and information requests with government, partner, and program teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Interface with RSADF, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, and Saudi industry partners.
• Conduct or support gate, operations, and program management reviews.
• Support current FMS and future DCS contracts, program execution, and localization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent experience and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree and at least 10 years of experience.
• Experience interfacing with RSADF general officer staff and the Ministry of Defense as a senior military officer or civilian equivalent.
• Familiarity with U.S. defense contracting, air and missile defense systems, and military industrialization capabilities.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Experience managing large, complex defense programs and capture efforts.
• Experience leading industrialization or localization programs with significant in-country value requirements.
• Experience with senior government stakeholders and extensive international travel is required.

Valued Qualifications

• Experience executing international programs in Saudi Arabia with government stakeholders.
• Experience in program planning, budgeting, cost management, and schedule management.
• Progressive program or project management experience in defense, aerospace, or large-scale government programs.
• Experienced leadership.
