Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise competitive advantage through customer, buying power, and market understanding to support country strategy.
• Lead Customer Account Managers focused on customer partnerships and pipeline growth.
• Support international business development by identifying key markets and growth initiatives.
• Support customer campaigns and implementation using a one-RTX approach.
• Provide stakeholders with customer insights, market opportunities, pursuit coordination, and milestone updates.
• Ensure an integrated approach across in-country pursuits and drive integrated pipeline reviews.
• Provide country-level situational awareness and coordinated opportunity development across account teams.
• Guide messaging, stakeholder engagement, and strategy.
• Develop strategic relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Maintain strategic relationships and advise senior leaders on continued growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a relevant discipline with 14 years of progressive leadership experience in defense sales business development, or an advanced related degree with at least 12 years of experience.
• Current understanding of the regional defense industrial base, geopolitical environment, and cultural customs and norms.
• Ability to identify UAE growth opportunities using customer knowledge and develop strategies for growth, program management, and product lines.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to develop and execute integrated solutions and cross-selling strategies.
• Knowledge of international business practices, FCPA and ITAR compliance, FMS and DCS contracts, and host-country laws and regulations.
• Fluent command of Arabic.

• Leadership values, behaviors, and experience in a geographically dispersed environment.
• Direct knowledge of UAE customers and relationships with senior military, embassy, and regional industry leaders.
• Experience with IPDS, ERPM, and NBI processes or similar processes.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and program management.
