Job Summary

Program Liaison Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Royal Saudi Air Defense Force end users.
• Provide regular program updates and coordinate expectations with Saudi and U.S.-based teams.
• Communicate program scope, delivery, technical compliance, and milestones to senior Saudi defense leadership.
• Serve as the single point of contact for operations and sustainment of deployed THAAD radars in Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate personnel site access and requests for information through the relevant Saudi projects directorate.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality functions.

Stakeholder and Governance Duties

• Serve as the primary interface for THAAD contract scope with Saudi defense, government, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct or support gate reviews, operations reviews, and program management reviews.
• Support execution and localization efforts for current Foreign Military Sales and future Direct Commercial Sale contracts.
• Strengthen Raytheon's brand reputation and customer loyalty through high-quality delivery and support.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia, the United States, and other international locations for program oversight.

Required Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent experience with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 10 years of experience.
• Experience as a Royal Saudi Air Defense Force senior military officer or civilian equivalent interfacing with senior military staff and the Ministry of Defense.
• Familiarity with United States defense contracting, air and missile defense systems, and military industrialization capabilities.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Experience managing large, complex defense programs and capture efforts.
• Experience leading industrialization or localization programs with significant in-country value requirements.
• Experience working directly with senior government stakeholders or defense forces.
• Saudi nationality is required for this position.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia and internationally, including the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience executing international programs in Saudi Arabia with government stakeholders.
• Experience in program planning, budgeting, and management of costs and schedule.
• Progressive program or project management experience in defense, aerospace, or large-scale government programs.
• Experienced leadership.
