Job Summary

Program Liaison and Execution

• Maintain collaborative relationships with RSADF end users and coordinate expectations with Raytheon teams in Saudi Arabia and the United States.
• Communicate program scope, delivery, technical compliance, and milestones to RSADF senior leadership.
• Provide single-point-of-contact support for operations and sustainment of deployed THAAD radars in the Kingdom.
• Coordinate personnel site access and information request efforts with the MDA FMS Case Management Team and Lockheed Martin.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality functions.
• Interface with RSADF, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, and Saudi industry partners.
• Support governance, gate, operations, and program management reviews.
• Support program execution, localization efforts, and customer relationships.

Travel

• Travel extensively across Saudi Arabia, the United States, and other international locations as required for program oversight and execution.

Required Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree with at least 10 years of experience.
• Experience as a senior RSADF military officer or civilian equivalent interfacing with senior RSADF staff and the Ministry of Defense.
• Familiarity with United States defense contracting, air and missile defense systems, and military industrialization capabilities.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Experience managing large, complex defense programs and capture efforts.
• Experience leading industrialization or localization programs with significant in-country value requirements.
• Experience working directly with senior government stakeholders or defense authorities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Valued Qualifications

• Experience executing international programs in Saudi Arabia with government stakeholders.
• Experience in program planning, budgeting, cost and schedule management.
• Progressive program or project management experience in defense, aerospace, or large-scale government programs.
• Leadership competencies including influential communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, talent development, customer focus, and driving results.
• Prior P&L ownership or major program financial accountability.
