Role Description
Support organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution.
Translate business priorities into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support effective decision-making.
Work with senior leadership and functional teams to implement priorities, monitor performance, and identify operational improvements and sustainable growth opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate major initiatives, track objectives and key performance indicators, and maintain alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and resources.
- Analyze business performance, prepare management reports and presentations, and recommend responses to operational and strategic issues.
- Identify risks, resolve cross-functional challenges, and facilitate communication between leadership and operational teams.
- Contribute to organizational development, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives.
- Support accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in line with organizational policies and governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
