Developing and maintaining information requirements and standards, developing and managing of processes within a common data environment, leading the delivery of the information management function for project team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assessing resources and scope of work on projects to ensure that they are sufficient to meet project goals.
• Assigning resource to jobs for projects.
• Assuring Information Requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR and EIR) as per ISO 19650.
• Assuring information standards, methods and procedures, and shared resources.
• Developing a dashboard that tracks the allocation of resources to projects and identifies potential workload imbalances.
• Developing an object library strategy.
• Developing the client's digital handover strategy.
• Developing and maintaining an understanding of ISO19650 and any applicable standards for clients.
• Implementing governance and assurance processes.
• Improving existing client relationships to increase the chances of winning new contracts and extend current contracts.
• Liaising with the Mace Programme Lead to understand the client's needs and to ensure that the bid responses are compelling and aligned with the client's strategic goals.
• Monitoring digital handover to completion.
• Participating in industry events to stay up to date on the latest BIM developments.
