Role Overview

Role overview
The Associate Director will serve as a senior member of WSP’s Development, Planning & Urban Design business across the Middle East.
The role combines business development, client leadership, operational management, project direction and people leadership.
The role holder will progressively assume broader commercial and leadership responsibilities and act as the Director’s delegate when required.
Business leadership and practice development
- Support the strategic vision, annual business plan and growth objectives for the DPUD practice.
- Own day-to-day practice operations, including performance, resource planning, workload management and leadership-team coordination.
- Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, delivery performance, profitability and collaboration.
- Support revenue forecasts, pipeline reviews, recruitment plans, capability plans and business reporting.
Client leadership and business development
- Manage selected strategic government, semi-government and private-sector client relationships.
- Represent WSP in executive meetings, presentations, workshops and industry forums.
