- Direct the preparation and execution of contract documents, including warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance and formal approvals.
- Lead and manage large teams, driving performance, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement to achieve key performance indicators.
- Oversee valuation processes to ensure effective cost control, accuracy, and robust financial reporting.
- Manage the production and presentation of monthly post contract cost reports to provide clear insights to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and assess cost implications arising from design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client variations.
- Evaluate and manage contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs, ensuring fair and accurate resolution.
- Direct the certification process for practical completion, defect rectification, and final completion to achieve formal project close out.
- Lead cost management improvements by enhancing procedures, tools, and best practices while supporting sustainability objectives, including net zero carbon initiatives.
