Job Summary
Manage client accounts and day-to-day maintenance activities to deliver strong client service and relationship health.
Support GAMs, RAMs, and FAMs across an aligned client portfolio.
Work Arrangement
- Work type is office working in Dubai.
- Employment type is permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage flow maintenance, past dues, excesses, unsettled FX trades, failed trades, loan drawdowns, cash management, LTP trades, and trade offerings.
- Support client activity reviews and collaborate with Operations, Hub, Client Services, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Product Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
- Lead or support process and client-experience improvement projects.
- Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve operational, risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
- Maintain AML and credit documentation quality and prepare client files for audit.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience in banking or another relevant environment.
- Knowledge of CDD policies and credit or facility documentation.
- Client management, problem-solving, teamwork, action orientation, and communication skills.
