As assets move into long-term operations, the organization is focused on guest experience, operational excellence, operator partnerships, and sustainable asset performance.

Role Overview

The role is intended for an experienced hospitality professional who can help shape the operational future of a large-scale development.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor hotel operations, service standards, guest experience, costs, and operator performance.
  • Review management reports, guest feedback, audits, and operational risks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, revenue performance, and asset value.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, safety requirements, and approved business plans.
  • Review and coordinate OS&E and FF&E selections, mock-ups, installation readiness, and handover.
  • Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through completion.
